About Ben Reber

Ben Reber is an Associate Litigation Attorney with Claggett & Sykes Trial Lawyers. Ben grew up in small towns in New Mexico and Arkansas before his family settled in Las Vegas, where he graduated from high school. After spending a couple of years abroad in Denmark, Ben returned to Las Vegas to attend the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV), earning a bachelor's degree in healthcare administration.

With firsthand experience working for large healthcare and insurance companies, Ben saw an opportunity to make a greater impact by advocating for individuals in his community. This realization led him to pursue a legal career, where he could offer a voice to those in need. While in law school, Ben developed a strong passion for trial work, excelling in the field. He received the prestigious CALI Award for the highest grade in his Trial Advocacy class and went on to win the Nevada Justice Association's 2022 Trial Advocacy Competition. To further enhance his ability to resolve disputes, he completed additional training on mediations through the Boyd School of Law Saltman Center for Conflict Resolution.

Ben’s legal training was enriched through a valuable externship with the Honorable Judge Brenda Weksler, offering him insights into the judicial process. He joined Claggett & Sykes Trial Lawyers as a law clerk in 2022 and has since contributed to the firm's success by leveraging his litigation skills and dedication to client advocacy.

Outside of the courtroom, Ben enjoys spending quality time with his wife and children, exploring the outdoors through hiking, rock climbing, and snowboarding.
