About Kevin Strong

In 2019, Kevin continued his career with Mr. Prince at Prince Law Group. Kevin’s strong work ethic and eagerness to learn proved to be invaluable because he helped Prince Law Group effectively litigate numerous insurance bad faith and personal injury matters to achieve successful outcomes for their clients. Since 2016, Kevin also worked as an appellate attorney. Kevin drafted various briefs in numerous cases before the Nevada Supreme Court, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and, most recently, the United States Supreme Court.  Two of those matters resulted in the issuance of published decisions by the Nevada Supreme Court, Capanna v Orth, 134 Nev. 888 (2018) and Century Sur. Co. v. Andrew, 134 Nev. 819 (2018).  Kevin’s appellate briefing also led to the United States Supreme Court’s January 25, 2021 denial of a Petition for Writ of Certiorari filed by one of the largest insurance companies in the United States.

For nearly ten years, Kevin gained extensive knowledge and expertise litigating matters involving personal injury and insurance bad faith on behalf of plaintiffs. Throughout his professional career, Kevin has focused on helping those who have unfairly suffered harms and losses. In 2024, Kevin joined Claggett & Sykes to continue his zealous legal representation of individuals who suffered catastrophic injuries and individuals who have been treated unfairly by their insurance companies.
