Coronavirus: How We Are Protecting Our Staff & Clients
Our priority right now is the safety of our clients, potential clients, and our staff. While we prefer to meet potential clients in person, the current situation requires a different approach. We provide numerous ways for you to contact us and convenient e-signature if we move forward with your case.
Submit a Case Evaluation Form
Our website has a free case evaluation form. Fill it out and submit it, and someone will be in touch with you shortly to discuss your case.
Call Us or Use Our Chat Service
We offer an on-line chat option 24/7 where you can chat with a live person and submit your information. We are also a phone call away. If our intake specialists are not available, leave a message and they will call you back as soon as possible.
Free Phone or Videoconference Consultations
After we receive your information, one of our attorneys reviews it to determine if we will move forward with your case. If we do, we’ll set up a free phone or video consultation where we explain the process and go over some paperwork.
Convenient E-Signature
Documents that need to be completed can be signed through an e-signature program. This is a safe, convenient way to sign documents from anywhere without the need to print, scan, or fax documents back to us.
Existing Clients
Our offices are currently closed and our team is working remotely. Rest assured we are still working on your case and moving it towards trial or settlement.
Courts in Nevada have shut down and many have now put a stop to deadlines for 30 days. This may slow down the progression of some cases, but we are working on cases so they are ready to go when the deadlines resume. We are still in contact with defense attorneys and insurance companies and have still been able to resolve cases for fair value.
If you have questions and need to contact us, feel free to text us at (702) 655-2346, call us, or email us. We thank you for your trust in us and your patience during this time.
We are not simply a personal injury firm. We are trial lawyers who take on catastrophic injury, brain injury, and wrongful death cases. These cases are different than most personal injury cases and the needs of these cases cannot be met by law firms that take on just any case.
